Sensual Sol

Michelle Frye | DEC 18, 2025

This is it. This is really what inspired Luna with Sol to come alive. Was for this practice to be shared.

Moon with sun

Darkness with light

Feminine with masculine

Both are needed in order to be whole.

Both are needed in order to feel pleasure.

Pleasure is the pursuit of life is it not?

Are you not constantly looking for dopamine hits? (I know I am) Whether it’s from quick hits of instant gratification from foods — quick purchases — praises and likes on social or IRL. Just another bite…just another 5 minutes….I want to feel happy…I want to feel good in my body….

We live in our masculine bodies most of the time and we have to in order to survive. Tasks need to get done and we tap into our masculine to help us get there. Yet, we tend to do more than what we receive — how we give back to ourselves.

This practice is about honoring the feminine and melding it into the masculine nature. To feel aliveness within, to embrace the senses of pleasure.

Unfortunately, the words sensual and pleasurable can get a bad rap and what is unfamiliar can feel unsafe, which is why I want to take the time to slow down, get curious and feel safe in our bodies before suggesting anything in class.

I’m sorry to say that this isn’t going to be a quick fix. This won’t solve years of armoring or years of fear and shame after just four weeks. But it will give you a sense of awareness and a new way to play.

If you’ve been numbing pain, not being with the emotions that feel uncomfortable, but still wanting to feel pleasure, you are going to have a hard time until you learn to be patient with yourself. Leave expectations aside, and remember that you have the choice to surrender or resist.

So are you ready?

To enter a temple of softness, where movement becomes prayer and the body becomes the altar?

This practice invites you to slow down and listen — to the quiet hum beneath your skin, the whisper of breath, the pulse of your own longing.

Through fluid, sensual sequences and intuitive somatic explorations, we’ll unwind tension and awaken the senses. You’ll be guided to move with curiosity and devotion — touching into breath, sound, and subtle sensation as sacred gateways into presence.

This is yoga for the soul and the senses. A reclamation of pleasure as medicine, and embodiment as remembrance.

Together, we’ll explore the language of the body: the sway of hips, the rhythm of heart, the electricity of emotion moving through.

Each class closes with stillness, grounding, and a moment of ritual — to honor the beauty of being in a body, fully alive, fully feeling. December 2: Full moon (Fire element), December 9: Waining moon (Air element), December 23: New moon (Earth element), December 30: Waxing moon (Water element). Each week will be slightly different and most importantly work with the energy that you show up with as well.

Come as you are. Leave more connected — to your breath, your body, your truth, and the sacred pulse of life itself.

Thanks for being curious,

Michelle
