Our mission
Yes, this is another feminine rising inspiration page, but it’s with the masculine. Which it has always been with. We think too much of this or that, all or nothing, black and white, when all in reality, it is not and/or but with. You have many parts that make you whole.
Our mission is to create community within the soul and the collective. By using somatic embodiment practices through ancient yoga tantra philosophies we can explore the sensations of the body.

feminine with masculine.
To be in our full body yes of pleasure, flow, creativity, we need a safe space to be feel held, trusted and supported in. No matter what gender you may identify with, we all have feminine and masculine attributes within us. And though we aim to be balanced in ourselves, and in our relationships, it doesn’t always happen to be so.
But when we work together, rather than taking on the world alone, harmony and intimacy is found.
At night, the sun would be forgotten if the moon was not present. And the sun still expresses its energy even in all the phases at which the moon dances in the sky

Union guides Bronson and Michelle have birthed ‘Luna with Sol’ a yoga and wellness space with over a decade of teaching experience. Each have their 300 hour YTT with still an ongoing education through Yoga Alliance and life.

Solmatics, Yin Yoga, Sensual Movement
Michelle (she/her) is a certified sensual somatic guide and yin yoga instructor with an awareness of trauma-informed instruction. She has practiced many styles of yoga for over two decades and has been teaching since 2017 when she earned her first 200 hours YTT. She believes yoga is for all bodies, and by exploring our human body through our senses helps cultivate an awareness of deeper connection to the Self. When you can hear and feel yourself, you no longer need to seek out other gurus, you only need to look within.

Breathwork & Yang Yoga
Bronson (he/him) began practicing yoga soon after tearing the ACL ligament in his knee playing football, and eventually completed his 200 hour YTT program in 2014 and has been regularly teaching ever since then.
Bronson has taught yoga in many lovely studios but eventually felt the yoga path he was walking lead him toward guiding yoga classes in more nontraditional environments.
Over the years Bronson has taught yoga in many different prisons, mental health and other recovery facilities, and since 2020 has served as the “yoga and mental strength coach“ for the West Anchorage high school varsity football team.
Bronson believes that no matter where one practices, personal freedom and inward liberation is found in the mind - and that it is the regular practice of harmonizing mind, body, and breath they can most readily help us find contentment and peace in the whirlwind of life.
"Michelle and Bronson, your classes, your presence, and your friendship have been the biggest source of my healing. You have provided a safe place for me to discover who I am, claim my sovereignty, and find community, I cannot thank you both enough."
-Jenny; Luna w/Sol Yoga
"Just want to say how much I enjoyed your class yesterday, especially the addition of good music. For years yoga classes stopped having fun music and I'm glad it's making something of a comeback. Especially when Michelle decided to hold us in swan pose for long periods of time, at least I can pay attention to the chord progressions in the music! "
-Alison; Luna w/ Sol Yoga
"So grateful for Michelle and the space she has made for healing, becoming stronger and more connected in uncountable ways. "
-Trisha; Solmatics
"Michelle has a gift of guiding people into stillness. "
-Aric, Yin Yoga
Somatics seem like a buzzword, what does somatic mean?
Somatic means to have an internal awareness of your felt experience through your unique perception. Less focus on the external, more mindful of the emotional.
Is yoga really for every(body)?
We do our best to provide a trauma-informed experience to fit your body. We believe every body (size, gender, age, and pregnancy related) should be capable to practice yoga if they so chose.
There is a difference between sensual and sexual?
YES! Sensuality explores all five senses: touch, taste, smell, sight, sound in a playful manner in how they relate to the body: there is no expected outcome.
